Before Project Commencement

Clients may request cancellation before the project or service begins. Any advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative, consultation, or processing charges.

After Project Commencement

Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed. Charges for completed work, resources utilized, and project-related expenses will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

Ongoing Services

For recurring services such as SEO, Digital Marketing, PPC Management, Website Maintenance, Social Media Marketing, or Support Plans, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.

Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Refund Situations

Project-Based Services

For website development, mobile app development, software development, UI/UX design, branding, and other custom projects:

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
  • Refund eligibility depends on project stage and completed work.
  • Any completed deliverables remain the property of Brand Empire India until full payment is received.

Digital Marketing Services

For SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Online Reputation Management, and related services:

  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
  • Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are non-refundable.
  • Marketing performance may vary based on competition, industry, and market conditions; therefore, specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Subscription & Recurring Services

For monthly or recurring services:

  • Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing date.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Services will continue until the current subscription period expires.

Third-Party Products and Services

Brand Empire India may use third-party tools, software, hosting providers, domains, plugins, or advertising platforms.

Refunds for third-party products are subject to the policies of the respective providers and may not be refundable through us.

  • Domain Registrations
  • Web Hosting Services
  • SSL Certificates
  • Premium Themes
  • Premium Plugins
  • Software Licenses

Service Delays

Project timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed client approvals
  • Incomplete content submission
  • Changes in project scope
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Technical challenges beyond reasonable control

Such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Brand Empire India directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Account restrictions
  • Project termination
  • Recovery actions for unpaid balances

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
  • Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days to appear in your account.
